Our Brighter Beginnings’ Family Health Clinics provide free COVID-19 testing and home test kits and now we have all the COVID-19 vaccines and boosters for adults and children over 6 months old who need it.

We operate Family Health Clinics in Contra Costa County in Antioch & Richmond and provide basic primary health services to patients regardless of their insurance and immigration status. If you are an existing patient, please call to schedule an appointment through the numbers below.

Important Information
The Moderna Monovalent Primary Series are available to patients 12 years and older.
The Moderna Bivalent Booster is available for patients ages 6 years and older.
- For patients between the ages of 6 to 11 years, the indicated dosage is 0.25mL (no diluent).
- For patients 12 years and above, the indicated dosage is 0.5mL (no diluent).
- For your convenience, I have split up the vaccines in eCW accordingly. Fei and I have ensured the appropriate CPTs are assigned to each vaccine/booster:

The Pfizer Peds (5-11 years) Bivalent Booster follows the same preparation steps as the primary monovalent formulation, requiring a diluent prior to administration.
- Dosage amount is still 0.2mL for this population.
- This carton is nearly identical to that of the Pfizer monovalent vaccine. COVID-19 vaccines are stored in the fridge in small, colored baskets with distinct signage. Please continue to get a second pair of eyes on the vaccines you pull before administration!
